Restrito was created by a group of friends who share a passion for wines.
Driven by a renowned winemaker, we decided to create, in 2007, wines with unusual characteristics, to provide moments of true tasting to those like us who share this passion.

GRANDE ESCOLHA 2019

Restrito Grande Escolha, is today the maximum exponent of our passion. In years when, together with the winemaker, we believe that the harvest has the best characteristics, we place the wine in French oak barrels for an 18-month aging period. The result of successive editions of Grande Escolha has revealed that our choices have been successful. These are wines that have received the greatest and best distinctions and criticisms.

WHITE COLHEITA 2023

A white wine from the Douro Superior made with traditional Rabigato and Viosinho grape varieties takes us to discover this noble sub-region of the Douro.
It is a wine whose essential characteristics are the continuation of the distinctive pattern of its predecessors.

RED 2020

It was in 2006 that we started the Restrito project with the launch of the first Red Wine.
Year after year we have managed to create wines with the Douro character, distinguished by their elegance and by being very gastronomic.
Red 2020 continues the high standard of quality, which is reflected in the various distinctions obtained in the most reputable international competitions.

RED RESERVA 2021

The year 2014 was another milestone in the simple history of the Restricted group of friends with the creation of the first Reserva Red. This wine then came to occupy an important space that existed between Colheita and Grande Escolha.

Reserva Tinto is based on the Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz grape varieties, just like its predecessors. To do this, we select the best grapes with the appropriate maturity. After aging in French oak barrels, we prepared the blend to choose the best balance between wood and fruit.

ROSÉ COLHEITA 2022

We selected grapes from the Touriga Nacional variety to which we added a little Tinta Roriz to obtain a very distinctive Rosé.

It is a fresh wine with aromas of red fruits, which invites you to celebrate the summer.

We tried to create a distinctive Rosé and the commitment was first recognized with the Silver Medal, at the Concurso Vinhos de Portugal 2021.

ROSÉ RESERVA 2022

Inspired by the best wines of Provence, this Rosé is an elegant and refined expression of the Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz grape varieties.

With a careful aging period of 8 months in French oak barrels, we managed to achieve a unique harmony of flavors and aromas.

WHITE RESERVA 2022

This wine marks a new milestone for Restrito wines. It´s the first White Reserva.

Produced in the Douro Superior sub-region from a section of the oldest and best vines of the farm.

It has aged in French oak barrels for 6 months.
